Final License Application

This Final License Application (FLA) was submitted to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) on January 18, 2023 and follows the requirements of the Federal Power Act. This Final License Application contains preliminary Project data and information, various siting alternatives, and addresses potential impacts to the surrounding environment. FERC formally accepted the FLA in September 2024, and, following a public scoping period, in January 2025 issued a Noticed of Ready for Environmental Analysis. This analysis will culminate in the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), which is scheduled to be issued in September 2025.
